You simply need a more ferocious wave. I recommend buying a foam hand from a sporting event, rolling down your window, and throwing it at these lonely drivers!
In seriousness, I once waved at an Frs in the Chinatown area, but he and his girl were too cool.
My girl then waved vigorously at them for ten or fifteen seconds until they waved back. Lol. It was funny for me.
Yeah. Get a foam hand.
