225/45/R18 tires are not just wider, but also with bigger rim diameter and higher sidewalls, so you may see some acceleration degradation vs stock. Ride 17.2mm higher, speedo error 5.21%. Why not 225/35/18, for closer to stock diameter (within 1.72%)?
