I think ultimately I realized it was a combo and slightly stretched tires & wide wheels spacers (surprised it took me that long to figure that out).

I have since moved to some meaty ass tires on wider rims and the set up feels perfect.

Just had a performance alignment done and current at -1.1 camber front and -1.5 rear. Car feels planted.
