I've been using my teeth to hand brake for quite a while. What I notice is that I loose most of my visibility but in regards to drifting it works quite well! I can now keep both of my hands on the wheel and have control of my car much much better than I did with 1 handing a drift turn. I have seen some teeth marks arise on my handbrake and it might wear it out a little bit quicker but in all honesty I say you should definately go for it!
you should be 50% better in your day to day life by doing so.
