If you can't wait, you can run it without a tune. You'll get constant CEL's but it will work. When I first got mine I couldn't wait and ran it for a day before Shiv got a tune to me. This was in the very early days.
Do you not have a OFT? That's by far the easiest and probably cheapest way to go.
