Here's robispec's article on corner balancing, 50.9/49.1 with nothing in the car, 48.5/51.5 w/ 215 lb driver, 51.2/48.8 after a bad adjustment and w/ likely low fuel and final at 49.5/50.5 w/ driver, 51.5/48.5 final empty full tank.

All a big benchracing game, I just wanted to say that while it's possible to achieve 48/52 with a front engined design, it's exceedingly rare and I could really only come up with one model that seems to resoundingly consistenly fall on rearward bias.
