I'd probably split the time between that and volunteering. Maybe dabble around a few dream jobs that I always wanted to try. I'd been known as the rich millionaire who works for free.

too me a shop at home that people would want to use is an easy way to get sued by a "friend" or more likely a friend of a friend that "gets hurt"
I manage a government building and worked for the courts before. Spend too much time with lawyers to not be that paranoid about shit like that.
