Are you sure the new battery had a full charge .. ??
(it wouldn't be the first one - weak off the shelf)
Did you clean the inside of the battery cable clamps .. ??
When you say "it won't start" does it turn over and not fire ..... or nothing happens when you hit the start button .. ??
Does it go: click-click-click after you push the start button .. ?? (heck, I don't even know if they do that anymore .....

).
DANG electronics .......
Back in the day, I would suggest you check the cable connection on the starter.
Then check the battery ground connection to the block/frame.
However, you may have to take it into the dealer ......
