Not entirely true.
I'm on 9.5 +34, lowered, don't rub, and it looks fine.
It does poke, but not that much, and I have 2.9 camber so it looks fine.
Please don't give misinformation. 8-10mm spacers on +45 would make it +35/+37ish which MOST people running 9.5 widths are running. So yeah they fit with minor poke depending on camber.
With that said,
you probably need coil overs if you want to run 9.5 widths and want little to no poke.
