I previously had a Toyota that drank about 1 quart/2000 miles at 45K miles. No leaks and perfect compression. 100% within specification.

Was I concerned? Yes. Did I feel like shelling out money out of pocket for a rebuild on a motor that was within specification? No. I just kept a quart in the car at all times, and checked my levels periodically.

Keep a log of when you add oil, and if it gets worse, present your findings to the dealer. Does it suck? Yeah, but you've got powertrain coverage until 60K miles.
