My understanding (based entirely on reading this forum) is that it is caused by the siphon on the left side of the car sucking in air once the fuel has sloshed to the right side.
Should the Hydramat be installed to connect to this siphon?
This makes sense to me, because I only have problems at higher fuel levels (above 3/4's of a tank) at turn 12 of Phillip Island:

Apex speed is around 160km/hr (~100MPH) and I usually experience starvation straightening out at roughy 175km/hr (~110MPH)
You can sort of see it in this video, right before I shift to 5th.
