The harder way is more time and it is the same steps as above just needs a 1/4-20 thread 3/4 to 1" long, epoxied to the carbon and let dry for at least an hour out of the cold air. I then used a 1-1/4" Di. flat washer and thread lock. I spun the wing nut until it gently felt the slightest tension and thats it. Barely put any pressure against the washer as it will pull the center part of the plaque and bend it. It's just there for my peace of mind if the tape were to fail somehow.
