I think alot of people will be tempted to run that on stock internals.
Do you have any idea how long the stock rods would last at that power or is it a case of how long is a piece of string.

the trouble with the stock sintered rod is they are a complete lottery, they are essentially a big mass of cracks just waiting to happen and the extra load can push them into the dangerous part of the SN (fatigue life) curve so they could last 10,000 more cycles or 1000,0000 more cycles
unlike a proper material you cannot predict the fatigue point with any great accuracy
