Unless the dents are noticeable I would hold off on ordering a new one for now. If you just put a new light in there make sure you like the lights so you don't end up denting the new one if you want to change it again. I made a few marks in my dome light when I changed it to LED since I was using a screwdriver as well but they are so hard to notice on a daily basis

As long as you can live with it I would not order a new one until you go to sell the car so the new cover would only be installed 1 time.
