the next option after this will be to increase the diameter of the crank pulley and so increase the blower speed that way , this will involve machining off the stock ribs and sweating a new outer ring onto the stock pulley

Woah, that's interesting. Essentially instead of a smaller SC pulley, we'd upgrade the crank pulley? So with the 10% smaller pulley, would larger injectors and and upgraded fuel pump be required?
