please note that there's not physically any room to fit a smaller diameter pulley on the nose of the SC than this new 10% smaller part

the next option after this will be to increase the diameter of the crank pulley and so increase the blower speed that way , this will involve machining off the stock ribs and sweating a new outer ring onto the stock pulley
