You can't use Ecutec or OpenFlash on a ECU that's already been flashed with the Flash Editor however you can use products like the OB-Link to monitor/log OBDII port data.

Scott@HKSUSA - If someone buys the tuner kit without the flash editor is there an available "base tune" for Ecutek so someone could atleast get it to their tuners for dyno/programming?
