Gotcha. Maybe this is more of a course grained planning tool then - not exact, but gives you an overall estimate. At least for now. Tracking sites and scraping prices is not impossible, but yeah would take some work to link all the products, and would need a back end (not that complicated, just some work).

If other sites had the ability to create public wish-lists, that would be awesome.
