I ran HKS SP's. A bit stiff, but more than tolerable for the mean streets of cali. They held up well on the track (streets of willow) and the ach/pch canyons.
In terms of height, I didn't really "slam" the car. It was lowered to about less than a finger gap with more room to go lower. With rear lca's and front rca's evasive motorsports was able to align the car as aggressive or as neutral as i wanted it.
