FWIW I didn't use any threadlock on mine. I put the fronts on today, set at Ohlins' factory height and they dropped a LOT lower than I expected, a bit over an inch lower. I'm waiting for the Eibach springs to install the rears (and I blew a few hours messing with one of the factory end links, destroying it in the process) but they should be here tomorrow.
First impressions just from installing the fronts and with no front sway bar... Very OEM like ride quality. They do make a "woosh" noise over bigger bumps (like speed bumps) which was unexpected. Nothing bad to report, super easy install too.
edit: Linking to the post I made about today... Factory end links are horrible, for the record.
