If you just want maximum torque, I can recommend a pad with 0.8 mu, but you will, literally, just lock up your tires with a brush of the brake pedal if you're not running slicks.
Generally speaking, the super ultra late braking technique will not help you go faster on track. Superior composure and control on corner entry is more important.
