Just a heads up you can not buy a license from someone they come from the vendor. Once it is used it is locked to the ECU and can not be transfered or removed. The only thing you can buy from another person is the cable. Your tune and license will have to come from a vendor. Your best bet is to barrow a cable from someone local to flash your car if you just want to do a canned tune.
