Save for forced induction. It is really the only thing that truly makes a difference. Having said that to get the most out of FI you'll need the supporting mods first so.... some type of tuner and a header will get you headed in the right direction. Just make a plan for yourself and don't deviate from that, otherwise you'll wind up buying parts that don't fit and have to go rebuy stuff.
