I ended up buying this, which is a cable that interfaces between the stock sat antenna cable and aftermarket sat radio. It isn't cheap, and cost almost $60. Also note that the connector is very very tight. I almost thought it was the wrong connector at first.

Note that it's the F Version, NOT the M.

It worked fine, and has better reception (although not perfect) than the sat antenna that came with the sat receiver.
