70c is fine for cpu temp under full load, could be lower but that could also only be the type of cpu you are running. I see it's a haswell i7 so yeah your temps are pretty normal, you could probably get slightly lower temps but haswell's are well known to run up to 80c.


Reason for this is that intel stopped using solder between the lid and processor and now just use thermal paste which is not able to xfer the heat as well resulting in higher cpu temperatures. You can delid the cpu but at the temps you are running I see little to no point.


In a few years if your temps start to raise gradually then you may want to consider it (the paste will dry and be even less effective as dissipating heat)
