I'll try to get collector shots Friday when I pick up the car. From what the engineer was trying to explain to me, they choose a mitered merge collector over a formed collector to precisely tune the collector length/volume instead of universal formed collectors and the mitered merge collectors also allow more length to the primary tubes.
