you can get a kind of live tuning with ecutek
if you use a 0.5 to 4.5V power supply and feed it into the rear O2 sensor plug and then assign a custom map to apply an offset to the parameter you want say spark timing with 0.5V its -10 degrees and 4.5V its + 10 degrees fro example then its case of turning the power supply up and down to offset your spark
and then use the mode switch to assign other parameters to your rear o2 so you can use it to map cam timign, gdi timing etc
