I said I would leave this thread, but this is directed at me, and pissed me off, so I will answer.

No, it's as old as the handbrake. Been used since before the combustion engine was invented.
I used to drive big rigs in the mountains of Norway. So don't take me for a fool who can't drive, ok. That pisses me off.
