Low speed down shifts, I either just move my foot and blip or just don't bother to rev match. If you shift fast enough there really isn't much matching to do anyway.

Please keep in mind that these are things I do while normal street driving and I know that F&F is fiction not an instruction video. Track driving will differ.
It's mostly become a habit for me to heel-toe when slowing down. It's part of the fun of driving my FR-S. Hell, I even do it in my Corolla, even though it's absolutely unnecessary.

Actually, I might be the only one who heel-toes in my family now that I think about it. Not even my cousin and uncle do it, and they both own Evos.
