You absolutely cannot in no case on this car get a CEL from just a catback on our cars and a K&N air filter, @
steve99 is 1000000% correct, there are no sensors after the header to detect anything wrong flow wise past the overpipe (even less). Also the P0700 and U whatevers happen when you unplug or plug in an OBD2 adapter and the car misregisters it
