The "dip" is the manifold being tuned for lower rpm with the longer runners, to "fix" the dip you can move that torque up to 4000rpm and have less torque at lower speed with a bigger plenum that shortens the runners. I highly doubt they'll make that change because at low speed the car will become even slower, but I haven't been following news on the car.
