I'm no expert on this but I'm guessing as it gets so damn dusty/dirty under hood so quickly on these cars that the paint/coating on the fork receptacle has scratched & started to corrode where the ball end of the actuator meets/touches as a result of scuffing which I reckon is causing the squeak. Cleaning the area of all contaminated grease & re-greasing it seems a temporary fix unless I protect the area of dirt.

When that squeak comes back I will clean/lube as done previously (see foot of p13 as per quoted @Ultramaroon instructions) & figure out a solution to prevent anymore dirt attaching itself to the fresh grease - worth a try I guess.
Soooo the squeak came back, car was hot & ambient air temps were also warm, I press the pedal and the squeak is evident, I pulled back on he clutch fork once or twice & noticed no noise. I went back into the car & pressed the clutch & . . . . . . you guessed it no squeak . . . . . . !?
