Yknow what helped me appreciate my car much more was have someone else drive it and i was the passenger.

With a skilled driver, the passenger experience is amazing! Because your senses aren't so consumed in operating the car, your sensory resources can focus purely on enjoying the physical experiences. The rumble of the engine, the vibrations in the floorboards, the torque surge after 4k...

For me I had a love/hate reln with my frs for the first few months. After doing the above it was a game changer for me. Fell in love.. :-)
