If you look up the same part, in the Scion Database and the Subaru Database, they should come up as different part numbers. Because legally Toyota and Subaru are two different entities with two "different" cars, with their parts respectively.
But I'm pretty sure this car is made up of 100% Subaru parts..I mean it did come out of the Subaru Factory.

The part numbers are only different on the outside packaging. They still have Subaru branding and part numbers on them. I have purchased parts several times from my Scion dealership and they are Subaru parts. It wouldn't make much sense to have the manufacturer create 2 exact same parts for Toyota and Subaru. The Toyota Genuine Parts labeling is happening after. Once the part is on your car they can't tell the difference and couldn't say shit.
