No it does not, and if it gives you a sense of satisfaction, then more power to you.
If I have an hour to spare, I would rather spend it trying to figure out how to complete a task on the Molvo (1973 Volvo on a 1996 Miata chassis with a 302)or whatever car building project I am working on at the time. I just don't get any sense of satisfaction out of having a clean car. Probably why I seem to get rid of them when they are done!
