Unfortunately, I believe that whole weekend is full (I wanted to sign up a few weeks ago), but it looks like the following weekend of 12/19 is pretty open still.
The event is organized along with NCRC, check them out
http://www.ncracing.org/events.php . Among all the trackday groups, NCRC isprobably the least expensive at $180 (typically around $300).
