I see no reference to Edmunds, Nissans, or 1st year depreciation in your response. Maybe your quoting figures for a specific Nissan, and maybe to Dubai, but that wouldn't apply to Nissans in general, or to the US or world markets. And I see no documentation from Edmunds of any kind.

My point is 1) Nissans (as a brand) do NOT lose 46% (or even 25%) first year depreciation, and 2) I'm sure Edmunds never said that.
