Your getting different answers but there are parts that are needed and parts that are a good idea. Stock injectors can be fine as long as they are not maxed out, your tuner will tell you this. A upgraded drop in fuel pump is a easy and cheap enough upgrade for some piece of mind. An electronic boost control solenoid is nice because it can be tied into fail safes in EcuTek. AFR gauge is always nice to monitor if you know what your looking at, other wise it can be more trouble then its worth.
1-1500 sounds about right for the install. When installing a used kit have a experienced shop do the work, chances are there are some little things missing.
