I'm with you on this. My previous car list sounds kind of like yours. I had a Protege and a Mazda3 most recently. Coming from those cars, this car stock is plenty for me. Not saying I won't mod it down the line if I have some spare change, but even if I don't ever change a single thing I'll still be totally happy with this car. It's about perspective. For me I don't worry about what the car is "supposed" to be in some peoples' minds, and just enjoy it for what it is.
