Thanks... I've also seen lots of nice bits I want. Taking my time and researching the hell out of everything, partly because I don't want to spend money on things I don't really need/want and partly because I plan on keeping my car for a long time, so would rather wait a wee bit longer and spend a little more for quality parts than rush into buying stuff.

Got my lights from RMS btw, so no hassles with importing etc.
Also imported something else recently (a running backpack) and got nailed with whar***e - was expecting the import duty and VAT, but what the hell is that?! (just another damn tax!)

Will be posting updates when I eventually get my brake upgrades
Well any form of clothing expect to pay a lot... its falls under the whole luxury thing! There is a calculator

http://www.dutycalculator.com/new-im...x-calculation/

It's a pain to understand which category stuff falls under, just a tip... If you ordering stuff for the interior of the car. Try and get the supplier to label the contents as "Toy". You will save duty charges, of course they open 90% of the stuff, but if they realize its not a toy they will just charge you accordingly.

Also ask the supplier to under value, been buying a lot of stuff from overseas and they never asked me to produce an invoice. They use what the supplier gives to calculate duty charges.
