If it was me I would start with the OFT Tune for Exh cam and subtract somewhere between 2-5 degrees (Earlier opening or less retard) from it. This is because with the SC you now have more air flow and need a stronger blowdown to get rid of the exhaust gases. Regarding intake depending on the boost you are running you may not need as much overlap as a NA engine. With a ton of overlap you might just be blowing air straight into exhaust.
