With the vast ways to manipulate dynos to read high the only real proof would be a time slip from a 1/4 mile pass. But then again people can strip the weight out of their cars to manipulate 1/4 mile times. In closing the only real way would be a dyno shoot out all cars using same dyno teched in, good luck with that unless some money is involved.......
