What belt are you running? Do you have a mechanical gauge, or are you using the torque app? I know sometimes the torque app falls out of calibration. I've had times when it read I was boosting 2 psi max. I restarted the android OS and later read 9psi. I'm on the 3.48 pulley.
Also, just check you hoses.
