Of course you can use Allen keys to loosen it, if you have the confidence in breaking those bolts loose with stubby Allen keys. But to tighten it, unless your hand and arm is an biological torque wrench, kinda hard to tighten to proper torque specs.
Do it right, with the right tools so you don't regret it later.
