Not something to worry about. All new engines are taken to redline as part of the initial testing. You would probably be surprised at just how many fail this initial testing (In North American cars at any rate I have never been in a Japanese based plant). The shuttle guys may rev them while moving them but that is brief and not a concern. The break in is for prolonged initial driving and even then if you hit red line once or twice it isn't going to hurt anything (just don't keep doing it).
