It's Chipotle style (process not lack of quality) where you go down the line to pick your ahi, salmon, etc. then your toppings. Everything is super fresh! I had my bowl with rice. Next time I might have it as a salad.
There's another new poke place in downtown San Jose that I will have to try. Then another opening up soon in Cupertino.

I just can't get enough ramen! Especially now that the weather is calling for warm slurpy bowls of broth! Kotetsu is yummy and consistent. Try the black pepper chicken karaage as an appetizer

+1 for Kotetsu. Most people claim Orenchi as the #1 ramen as southbay.
I'd give it to Kotetsu over Orenchi by a bit - not waiting an hour or two is just icing.
