This is all I found: "DO NOT USE Redline Shockproof or similar lubricants that contain microscopic soild particles in immersion to "cushion" differential components"

So as long as then redline you use isn't shockproof or anything that is similar you should be good.

Here's what a Torsen product book said: "Approved lubricants are Synergyn Syngear II, Motul Gear Competition 75w140, Motul Gear 300 75w90, and NEO Synthetics 75-90 RHD or 75-140 HD. The Torsen ATB diff dosen't require friction modifiers."
