This is the thing that has steered me away from this header. I liked the sound and that it was quiet...but i see a lot of people have issues with the tune. Like you get CEL....stage 2 runs poorly on it unless you do a custom tune....just better off going catless oft stage 2

Get a ECUTEK tune from a reputable tuner, easiest way. I'm currently running my own street tune and disabled the check engine light after it popped up after 3 months, and since then I have completely uncatted my header.
You will get a cel regardless of cat, so I would suggest just diving into a catless header like the tomei or Gruppe-S, and get a ECUTEK tune, and it might end up cheaper than the ft86 header plus OFT tune.
