Nice, I actually grew up in Red Wing, and highway 7 is still one of my all time favorite driving roads.

For food in Red Wing, my personal favorite is Fiesta Mexicana. Awesome Mexican food. Liberty's is just ok, but I haven't eaten there in years. Another good spot in the area is King's (in Miesville) - it's before highway 7, and they have awesome burgers. One last spot... Smokin Oak. Literally on the street I grew up on. It's relatively new, but their barbecue and smoked meats are great.
