Tolerance in this context means the allowable deviation from nominal. I believe stock camber for the front is 0°, ±0.5°. So you could ask your installer to get within a few tenths (0.1°-0.3°) of nominal, and you'd have a better starting point. That way when you make a change, you know what you're starting with.
